Service Excellence: The Appliance Fixers Ltd is committed to providing unparalleled appliance repair and installation services. Our exceptional team ensures customer satisfaction, consistently delivering on agreed-upon terms.

Supplier Guarantees: Please note that all guarantees or warranties on parts are subject to the terms provided by our esteemed suppliers. Customers will receive these details for parts only, excluding labor, showcasing our commitment to transparency and quality.

Service Scope: Our services encompass appliance repair and installation, tailor-made to meet your needs and the agreed-upon terms.

Appointment Booking: Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. While we strive to accommodate preferred timeframes, immediate availability cannot be guaranteed. Service charges will be communicated beforehand verbally or wriiten if requested, with any additional costs discussed transparently before proceeding.
 
Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon job completion or prior, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We offer flexibility, accepting various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Non payments are subject to late charge of no less than £25 after 14 days.

Warranty: We stand behind our work with a 30-day warranty on repairs, provided it is for the same reported fault. For added peace of mind, if the same fault recurs within 90 days, we’ll re-perform the repair free of charge, subject to specified conditions.

Parts and Materials: We prioritize authenticity and quality, using high-grade parts and materials from our trusted suppliers. Any specific requests regarding parts or materials should be communicated to us in advance. It’s important to note that we cannot take responsibility for parts provided by customers, and if they fail or incorrect parts are supplied, a callout fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy: Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the agreed call charge.

Liability: At The Appliance Fixers Ltd, we meticulously take precautions to ensure the safety and optimal functioning of your appliances. However, please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of appliances after repair or installation.

Customer Cooperation: We rely on our customers to provide access to the appliance requiring repair or installation. Effective communication of any relevant information or concerns to our technicians ensures a smooth and efficient service experience.

Privacy Policy: Respecting the privacy of our valued customers is paramount at The Appliance Fixers Ltd. Rest assured that we will not share any personal information provided to us during the course of our service.

Recondtioned appliances:

Each of our reconditioned appliances must go through a set of comprehensive tests and checks before resale. A full system test includes pcb (printed circuit board), motor, drum, electrical, seals, suspension, pump, valves, heaters, fans and switches. Once each appliance has passed our checks they are stripped cleaned and bleach bathed, then re-assembled and  re-tested. After each appliance has finished this process they are ready for sale. All of our appliances are for Home use only and are not to be used commercially as this will invalidate your warranty. These are used appliances and as such may have scratches, blemishes, denting or other cosmetic marks however this will not effect Mechancial or Electrical operations which is covered by our 6 months warranty.
